Vasantham Makkal Mandram dated 11.03.2022 seeking to take action to restore the land belonging to the fourth respondent school to the school itself by demarcating the property in Survey No.1411 situated at 176, Vasanthavadi Village, Madurantakam Taluk, Chengalpet District. ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition was dismissed for non-prosecution by a coordinate bench of this Court on 28.06.2022. The same was subsequently restored under order dated 08.08.2022 on an application filed by the petitioner bearing W.M.P.No.17497 of 2022.
2. Today, when the matter is called out, none appears for the petitioner.
3. The writ petition, as such, is again dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.15294 of 2022 is also dismissed.
