ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking to expedite trial in H.M.O.P.No.2098 of 2021 by fixing specific time frame.

2. The petitioner/wife has filed H.M.O.P.No.2098 of 2021, seeking divorce against the respondent/husband, on the file of the II Additional Judge, Family Court at Chennai and the same was pending without any 1/3

substantial progress. Further, this Court while disposing of C.R.P.No.4145 of 2022, had directed that the trial Court to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. Now it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the evidence of the petitioner has been completed and the case is pending without any progress.

3. Considering, the said circumstances and taking into consideration of the fact that originally petition was instituted in the year 2019, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Civil Revision Petition at this stage the learned II Additional Family Court at Chennai is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the same not later than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
