Mr.C.Jayaprakash Govt.Advocate Order This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to issue joint patta for the property, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of joint patta for the property, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition. According to the petitioner, he had purchased the said property along with others by way of a Sale Deed dated 07.12.1978 registered as document No.1869/1978. According to the petitioner, his name has been left out in the patta. Hence, he had given a representation on 26.12.2025 to the respondents seeking for inclusion of his name in the joint patta for the subject property. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections from the neighbouring land owners, if any or any other third party whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2025 seeking for issuance of joint patta for the property, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after hearing the objections from the neighbouring land owners, if any or any other third party whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
