O R D E R

Before proceeding to dismiss the order, it is essential to note the following factors: when the matter was called on 19.02.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner, and thereafter, the matter passed over for a while, and when it was called again, there was still no representation. Hence, this Court directed the Registry that to list the case under the caption "for dismissal" on 24.02.2025 i.e., today.

2. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing at 11.05 A.M., none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. This clearly shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the case.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 24.02.2025 klt To 2/4
