..Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the existing transformer pillars at No.15, Ayyalu Street, Vetri Nagar Extension, Chennai-82 and relocate the said transfer to some other nearby location.

O R D E R
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct respondents to remove the existing transformer pillars at No.15, Ayyalu Street, Vetri Nagar Extension, Chennai-82 and relocate the said transfer to some other nearby location.
2. The present status of the grievance of the petitioner has not been made available before this Court. However as per Regulations for shifting of transformers, necessary charges are to be paid by the applicants.
3. Under these circumstances, if the grievance exists as of now to the petitioner, then the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Authorities by paying all necessary charges for considering his claim and in the event of complying with the procedures, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider the claim of the petitioner for shifting the transfer pillars at No.15, Ayyalu Street, Vetri Nagar Extension, Chennai-82 and relocate the same to some other nearby location by ascertaining the feasibility and by following the procedures.
