(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The grievance of the petitioner is that a joint patta was recorded in the name of private persons while it is actually a Government land and this joint patta is being recorded only in the computers and not in the revenue records. 2.Learned Government Pleader submits that the joint patta has been already cancelled and the aggrieved parties are now before the District Revenue Officer / second respondent. 3.In view of the aforesaid, no directions are required. 4.Writ Petition stands disposed of.
