O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to pay a sum of Rs.92,417.60/- (Rupees Ninety Two Thousand Four Hundred and Seventeen and Sixty Paisa only) to the petitioner by considering the representation dated 09.03.2022 submitted by him.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an Agriculturalist and he is the owner of the land in S.Nos.18, 137, 149 (1/C, 1D), 181 and 182 in Kilvenkatapuram Village, Nemili Taluk, Ranipet District. The respondent have been procuring the paddy under Public Distribution Systems through Direct Purchase Center (DPC) from the farmers. On 10.07.2021, the respondent, TNCSC, Direct Purchase Center procured 118 bags of paddy from the petitioner and after collecting the paddy, the Direct Purchase Center (DPC), Nemili has issued a receipt for 118 bags of paddy of Rs.92,417.60/- (Rupees Ninety Two Thousand Four Hundred and Seventeen and Sixty Paisa only). Originally, the paddy amount will be remitted to the farmers accounts within a period of
three to seven days, but to the petitioner, it was not remitted by the respondent. Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent on 09.03.2022. But, till date, the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the aforesaid prayer.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would further submit that though very many grounds have been raised in the present Writ Petition, it would suffice, if this Court may issues a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2022 and pass appropriate orders, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection for such an order being passed by this Court.
5. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
6. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2022 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
