2. When the matter was called today, Mr.R.M.Srinivas reports that the amount has been deposited. The statement is vouched by Mr.K.M.Ramesh representing Mr.S.Apanu.
As the amount has been deposited, this writ miscellaneous petition is dismissed as infructuous.
