Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that 5 (d) that petitioner shall appear before the Salem Asthampatty Police Station, on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.221 of 2022 dated 07.01.2022 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.221 of 2022, dated 07.01.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition regularly and that the final report has not yet filed.

3.
