Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take immediate necessary action to prevent the sinking of the petitioner's vessel M.F.V.Rising Star Official No.F-MDR-020 berthing at Kasimedu Shipping Harbour limit by granting permission to the petitioner to carry out repair works by bringing the said vessel into its original position, by engaging the experts in the relevant field along with the departmental staffs.
