This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to investigate the complaint dated 04.03.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 04.03.2016, given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted by the respondent and the same was closed on 22.03.2016. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
