Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the fair and decreetal order dated 07.03.2018 and amended fair and decreetal order dated 07.08.2018 made in I.A.No.12473 of 2013 in O.S.No.3072 of 2011 on the file of Hon'ble III Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai - 600104. For Petitioners : Mr.M.Selvaraj For Respondents : Mr.G.Krishna Raja [R1 to R3] Mr.T.N.Rajagopalan [R4]

ORDER

The petitioners arrived at a mutually agreeable settlement and filed a joint memo of compromise, duly signed by all the parties and attested by their respective counsels.

2. A joint memo of compromise filed by the parties is taken on file and shall form part of the order. The Civil Revision Petition is ordered in terms of the compromise.

3. A mention is made by the fourth respondent/first defendant that he is a major and his share need not be deposited in Court and it can be paid directly, by way of Demand Draft. All the other respondents agree for the proposal.

4. Accordingly, a direction is given to the respondents 1 to 3/plaintiffs to pay the share of the fourth respondent directly to him and in respect of all other respondents, it shall be deposited in the Court. Insofar as the shares of the minors is concerned, it shall be deposited a Nationalized Bank in fixed deposit till they attain majority and the interest can be withdrawn only with the permission of the Lower Court.
