Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of rejection passed in proceedings in Pa.Mu.4124/2014 (A1) dated 3/6/2015 on the file of the respondent quash the same and direct the respondent to issue community certificate to the children of the petitioner viz., 1. Minor G.Dhavanya 2. Minor G. Kaviya and 3. Minor G. Raghul that they belong to "Kurumans (ST) Community"based upon the proceedings of the State Level Scrutiny Committee passed in proceedings No.21289/CVIII/2008 dated 10/6/2014 in respect of the petitioner. O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.,) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the community certificate has already been issued by the respondent and hence seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition and makes an endorsement to that effect, as under:
"The prayer in the writ petition complied by the respondent.
Petitioner received community certificates of his children. Hence this W.P becomes infructuous. Hence the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this W.P."

2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
