ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 294 (b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC R/w Section 3(1) of the Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992 in Crime No.68 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein was carrying lengthy sword before the lorry and tried to attack the lorry driver and the video clipping of the incident was shown before this Court. Earlier, two anticipatory bail petitions were moved by this petitioner and both of them came to be dismissed by this Court. He has now moved this petition seeking anticipatory bail for the third time. This Court finds that there is no merit in the third anticipatory bail.
