This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 27.05.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On a reading of the complaint, it discloses that the petitioner has made allegations that the opposite party is not an Advocate. This is a matter to be enquired by the Bar Council and not by the police.
