..Respondent in all WPs Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondent from cancelling the allotment letter No.STM/REV/Advt./0789, STM/Rev/Advt and STM/Rev/Advt/425, issued by the respondent dated 20.06.2014, 16.02.2014 and 02.03.2015 respectively and thereby preventing the respondent from removing the existing and proposed execution of hoardings at Cantonment area at St.Thomas Mount.

O R D E R

(Judgment of Court was made by The Honourable Chief Justice) The petitioner claims that he has subsisting license for the hoardings up to 31.03.2016 and yet the Officers of the Contonment Board came on 18.06.2015 and threatened to remove the hoardings and cancel the license.

2. We find the petitions premature, as even as per the submission of the petitioner, the removal of hoardings precedes cancellation of license. In case the license is canceled, naturally reasons would be given for the same, and it is at that stage, the petitioner can approach the courts, if he is so advised, aggrieved by such action of the respondents.

3. The writ petitions stand dismissed with the aforesaid liberty. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
