This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 25.06.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that on account of civil dispute between the petitioner and the opposite parties, there has been breach of peace in the area, on account of which, the Police have registered a case in Crime No.76 of 2016 under Section 151 Cr.P.C. against this petitioner and the opposite parties and also proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. have been initiated.

4. In a case of this nature, no positive direction can be issued as prayed for by the petitioner and this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
