This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Cr.No.409 of 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.409 of 2017 on 19.06.2017, under Section 420 and 506(1) IPC. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court, with the above prayer.

4.Learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation in Crime No.409 of 2017 was completed and Closure Report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhachalam, on 04.09.2018 in RCS.No.91 of 2017.

5.Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a protest application before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhachalam. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police are directed to furnish a copy of the the Closure Report and statements recorded by them to the petitioner/de facto complainant.
