Arb.Appln.No.194 of 2024 Arb.Appln.No.194 of 2024 Krishnan Ramasamy,J., Earlier occasion when the matter was taken up i.e. on 04.06.2024, since the learned counsel for the applicant has sought for an adjournment stating that the dispute between the parties was likely to be settled amongst themselves, this Court has adjourned the matter to today, however, amidst recording such reason for adjournment, this Court considering the arduous efforts taken by the learned Advocate Commissioner towards execution of the warrant, ordered for payment of additional remuneration of Rs.20,000/- to be payable by the applicant to the learned Advocate Commissioner.

2. Today, when the application is taken up, the learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the matter has been settled and the additional remuneration, as ordered by this Court has also been paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner.

3. In the light of the above, this Arbitration Application stands closed, as no further orders are required.
