This Court, while disposing the Civil Revision Petition in CRP PD No.1463, 1464/2010 and CRP No.1556 of 2011 has directed the trial Court to dispose the suit in O.S.No.6 of 2006 within a period of three months.

2. The trial Court, vide its letter in D.No.97/2019 dated 20.03.2019 has requested a further period of two months to dispose of the appeal.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the letter and in the facts and circumstances of the case, a further period of two months is granted, from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, to dispose the appeal in OS.No.6/2006. No further extension would be granted.
