[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner is the father of the detenu, Kadaldeepan S/o.Vagaran, who has been branded as "Goonda" under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

passed in C3/D.O/17/2018 dated 17.04.2018. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that the detention order passed against the son of the petitioner in C3/D.O/17/2018 dated 17.04.2018 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.2120, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department, dated 01.06.2018 and produced a copy of the said order.

In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
