This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to nominate a competent officer in the rank of Assistant Commissioner of Police to register the complaint dated 27.11.2014 and investigate and to file final report as is envisaged under code of criminal procedure.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the respondent police submitted that, the petition enquiry is pending on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.11.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent is directed to take action in accordance with law, as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
