This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 30.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the dispute essentially appears to be civil in nature inasmuch as, cheque has been issued by the opposite party to the petitioner.

4. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 06.08.2015.

5. Recording the same, this petition is closed and the respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on the petitioner within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
