ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner herein except under the due process of law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor represents that on a complaint given by one Palaniyandi, petition enquiry is being conducted, pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.13654 of 2015 on 05.06.2015.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, there is a case pending between the petitioner and Palaniyandi in STC.No.193 of 2014, for offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, inspite of which, the said Palaniyandi is giving false complaint against the petitioner.
5. Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police and place all the facts. During enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed by the respondent Police.
