This petition has been filed challenging the fair and decretal order dated 10.12.2010 in R.C..A.No.449 of 2006 on the file of the learned VIII Small Causes Court (Rent Control Appellate Authority), Chennai confirming the fair and decretal order dated 19.01.2006 in R.C.O.P.No.1302 of 2004 on the file of the learned XII Small Causes Court (Rent Controller), Chennai.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in pursuance of the earlier order dated 02.03.2011 passed by this Court, the petitioner/tenant vacated had already vacated the premises. The submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded. Hence, nothing survives in this petition. Therefore, the civil revision petition is dismissed. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
