ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to take appropriate recovery proceedings as against the respondents 2 to 4.
2. The petitioner filed claim petition before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri in M.C.O.P.No.1743 of 2014. The petitioner was awarded compensation for a sum of Rs.5,85,400/- with interest at the rate of 7.5% per annum. Without filing any execution petition, this writ petitioner submitted representation before the first respondent and also filed this present writ petition. There is specific remedy available for the petitioner for execution of the Judgement 2/4
and Decree obtained in M.C.O.P.No.1743 of 2014 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri.
