Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.no.1028 of 2022 dated 31.03.2022. the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further order.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.SRIDHAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.1028 of 2022 dated 31.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
