ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.02.2019 on the file of the respondents herein and release the detenu Dasaraj, son of Chindhariyappa, C.T.No. 16712, Life Convict, now confined at Central Prison, Vellore, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the Government has rejected the representation for pre-mature release.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the same by way of separate petition.
