Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Para No 5 (c) on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3841/2022 in Cr.No.109/2019 on the file of the respondent Inspector of Police, NIB CID, Chennai.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.S.SASI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3851 of 2022, dated 03.03.2022.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the final report has been filed before the Special Court.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner who is from Uttarpradesh undertakes to ensure his presence during trial, bail condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month besides on the dates of hearing.
