2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this Court issued necessary direction to the 4th and 5th respondents for effecting changes in the certificates of the petitioner and the petitioner seeks for a similar relief directing CBSC also to change the date of birth in the 10th Standard certificate, since the petitioner underwent 10th standard education in CBSC school.

Mr.Nagarajan, learned counsel appearing for CBSC submitted that initially CBSC was not impleaded as a party and subsequently an application was filed and CBSC was impleaded and without any notice to the CBSC, the writ petition was disposed of on 12.01.2015 and while disposing of the writ petition, there is also no specific direction against CBSC. It is further submitted that if the petitioner gives a representation, the same will be forwarded by the Regional Office of CBSC to the 3rd respondent for appropriate action in accordance with law.

4. In the light of the above, apart from the directions issued in the order dated 12.01.2015, the following direction is also issued, which shall be incorporated as paragraph No.5 of the order dated 12.01.2015:-

"5. The petitioner is directed to submit a representation to the Regional Office of CBSC, Chennai, enclosing all the credentials along with a copy of this order, requesting to effect necessary changes in the 10th standard certificate. On receipt of the representation, the Regional Office of the CBSC shall forward the same to the 3rd respondent for appropriate action in accordance with law. The above direction shall be complied with by the 3rd respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of which the representation is submitted".

5. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that in the order dated 12.01.2015, it is stated that the learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the 3rd respondent. The same is rectified by stating that Mr.Nagarajan, learned counsel accepts notice for the 3rd respondent.
