ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking direction to respondents 1 to 3 to rectify the alleged https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

incorrect and defective measurement of the land in survey No.158/3 situated at Neithavayal -I Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 on instructions submitted that the process of measurement is on, but the same could not be proceeded further in view of the land being covered with thorny bushes. If the petitioner clears the same, needful would be done.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the thorny bushes would be removed by the petitioner.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to clear the thorny bushes in the aforesaid land within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and inform the same to the respondents 1 to 3. Thereafter, the measurements will have to be made and necessary orders will have to be passed within a further period of four weeks. No costs.
