This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the FIR on the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 24.04.2016 and investigate the matter against the accused.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. On a reading of the complaint dated 24.04.2016, it is seen that the petitioner has not even stated as to how she is the owner of the land in dispute. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 24.04.2016 given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.154 of 2016 and the same was closed on 07.05.2016. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
