Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari or any other writ, to call for the records of the 5th respondent with the concurrence of the 4th respondent in their resolution in letter No.625 of 2018 dated 27.12.2018 and quash the same as illegal.

The matter was initially listed for hearing on 09.11.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, hence the matter was directed to be posted on 11.11.2021. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 11.11.2021, once again there was no representation for the petitioner. Thereafter on two occasions (i.e.) on 18.11.2021 and 23.11.2021, the Registry was directed to list the matter, but once again there was no representation for the petitioner at the time of hearing. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 25.11.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal'', once again there was no representation for the petitioner. In order to give one last opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed on 29.11.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal'', Even today (i.e.,) 29.11.2021 when the matter is taken up for hearing, once again there is no representation for the petitioner, which clearly shows that the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the Petition.
