2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has stated no objection for allowing this application.

3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application since sufficient cause has been shown. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for by extending the time for the arbitrator to pronounce the arbitral award by a period of six months from 04.02.2025 to 03.08.2025.
