O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the present writ petitions to quash the orders of the respondent in TIN No.33340821349/2012-13 dated 30.05.2014 and TIN No.33340821349/2013-14 dated 28.07.2014.

2. Except the issue which pertains to Annual Maintenance Charges wherein tax have been levied at 14.5%, the rest of the issues are covered by the decision of this Court dated 12.03.2015 made in W.P.No.6980 of 2015.

3. In view of the same, the writ petitions are allowed in part and the matters are remitted back to the authority concern to consider levying of Annual Maintenance Charges at 14.5%, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner to put forth his submissions. This Court has interfered with impugned order passed by the respondent as there is no opportunity of being heard was given to the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to appear before the authority on 30.04.2015, before which date it is open to the petitioner to make his objections in writing. No costs.
