ORDER

This petition has been filed by the defacto complainant to direct the first respondent to file final report in Crime No.854 of 2014 at early.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.854/2014 on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

21.11.2014 under Sections 294 (b) 420 & 506 (i) of I.P.C. but, thereafter no steps has been taken to file any final report and hence he requests to direct the respondent to file final report at early.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after registering the case, the matter has been taken up for investigation and the investigation is in progress. She requests to grant two months time for filing final report.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file final report within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of.
