The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate the Crime No.187 of 2019 on the file of the respondent and to file a final report.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.187 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC, has been completed and the final report is made ready. He would submit that the final report will be filed before the jurisdictional Court within a period of three months.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl. side), direction is issued to the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.187 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
