O R D E R
The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to consider and pass orders on his representation dated 04.11.2016 for issuance of patta pertaining to the property situated at Mupathuvetti Village bearing punja Survey No.115 measuring an extent of 0.465 Ares or 1.15 Acres within the Sub Registration District of Arcot Registration District of Arakonam, in accordance with law.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 04.11.2016, the second respondent has not considered the same and passed orders so far.
3. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader, taking notice for the respondents submitted that the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.11.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
