This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.47 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 419, 465, 468, 471, 420 & 506(i) of I.P.C.

2. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the investigation has already been completed and the final report also filed wherein the petitioners name has been dropped. In such view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
