The wife is the petitioner before this Court, seeking transfer of the HMOP, filed by the respondent herein seeking conjugal rights.

2. The respondent though served has not entered appearance.

3. The petitioner would submit that she is unable to travel to Polur, as she works as a Nurse in the MIOT Hospital, Ramapuram. That apart, earlier she faced physical assault on the side of the respondent. If she were to attend the Court at Polur, it is not safe for the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Considering the above reason and the fact that the respondent is not required to attend every hearing as the matter would be transferred to the Sub Court, the Transfer Petition is allowed. HMOP.No.108 of 2022, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Polur, Thiruvannamalai District is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Poonamalli, Tiruvallur District.
