(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.K.V.Muthu Visakan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.Edwin Prabhakar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3, 5 and 6 and Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for the fourth respondent.

2. Learned State Government Pleader submits that Form -1 Notice has been issued by the Block Development Officer. Further steps would be taken under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Land

Encroachment Act, 1905, for removal of the encroachment from the subject writ land.

3. In view of the said statement made by learned State Government Pleader, no further orders are necessary. The writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. (S.V.G., CJ.)
