This Contempt Petition is filed complaining that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.5489 of 2018 dated 12.03.2018 has not been complied with.

2. This Court, while disposing the above writ petition, directed the respondent herein to dispose the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner dated 23.02.2017 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance

with law.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for further hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the said appeal has been disposed of by passing an order dated 12.09.2018. He has also produced a copy of the said order.

4. Considering the above stated facts, this contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy as against the said order, if he has any grievance against the same.
