Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order passed by the first respondent in proceedings No.Roc No.7559/A2/2012, dated 03.09.2013 in modifying the order passed by the second proceedings No.Mu.Mu.1046/2012/A5, dated 04.04.2013 and quash the same as illegal, unsustainable and direct the respondents 3 and 4 herein to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- as maintenance.

For Petitioner : Mr.R.Govindaraj For Respondents-1 and 2 : Mr.T.Venkatesh Kumar, Special Government Pleader.

For Respondent-3 : No Appearance For Respondent-4 : Not Ready in Notice

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that he is unable to get instructions, since the petitioner as of now is not residing in the address given in the affidavit of the writ petition. It is further not clear whether the order passed by the District 2/4

Collector has been complied with by the petitioner as of now.

2. Though the children of the writ petitioner were paying the maintenance allowance at the time of filing of the present writ petition in the year 2015, the present status is unable to be ascertained by learned counsel for the petitioner. Thus, this Court is not in a position to decide the issues on merits.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner reported 'No Instructions'. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to restore the writ petition if any grievance exists. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
