CRIME NO.9 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Relax the subsequent Condition to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders is imposed upon the Petitioners/Accused 6 & 7 by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.4979 of 2020 order dated 09.11.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.VIMAL B.CRIMSON, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.HARI Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.4979 of 2020, dated 09.11.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
