S.No.345/3B, dry hectre 1.10.5, in the middle acre 1.00 and the Well and 6hp motor pumpset thereon by considering the petitioner's online application No.2025/0105/36/376596, dated 10.02.2025 within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents, particularly, the second respondent, to sub-divide the property and to issue patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.PA.Sudesh Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and and Mr.S.Jayachandran, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents.

3. The petitioner is claiming right over the property by virtue of a registered settlement deed dated 13.09.2024 registered as document No.4749 of 2004. The petitioner is also placing reliance upon the joint patta issued in the name of the petitioner and two others in Patta No.1230. The petitioner wanted a sub-division to be done and for issuance of patta for the sub-divided property in favour of the petitioner, the petitioner submitted an online application dated 10.02.2025 before the second 2/4

respondent. Since the online application dated 10.02.2025 was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to deal with the online application submitted by the petitioner on 10.02.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
