Petition has been filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Building Lease and Rent Control Act, 1958, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 08.09.2015 in I.A.No.55 of 2014 in RCOP No.45 of 2012 on the file of the Rent Controller Principal District Munsif, Vellore.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seek the permission of

R.MALA,J.

pri this Court to withdraw this revision with liberty to file RCA against the order passed in I.A.55 of 2014 stating that he has challenged the order passed in Section 11 (4) of the Tamil Nadu Building Lease and Rent Control Act and instead of filing RCA, he preferred this revision and has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this revision is dismissed as withdrawn and leave has been granted to prefer RCA against that order in accordance with law.

No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
