This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 11.11.2016 passed in I.A.No.8553 of 2016 in O.S.No.5219 of 2014 on the file of the V Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. 2.

When the matter was listed for hearing, learned counsel for the Page No.1 of 3

Respondent submitted that he has filed a Memo to the following effect: " It is stated that due to changed circumstances the respondent herself shall give evidence and not through power agent. The same may be recorded and the C.R.P.(PD) No.3899 of 2016 may be disposed of.

Therefore this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to record the Memo and pass appropriate orders and thus render justice."

The V Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.5219 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connect C.M.P.No.19856 of 2016 is closed.
