O R D E R

This Criminal original petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. It is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and his wife. It is also seen from the records, the petitioner obtained divorce on 02.01.2018 and thereafter, he also got married another women. After period of ten years, now, the wife of the petitioner lodged a false complaint as against the petitioner.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent not to harass the petitioner on the complaint filed by his wife. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
