ORDER

This company petition is filed under Section 433 (a) read with Section 439(1) (a) of the Companies Act, 1956, seeking voluntary winding up.

2. Both the learned counsel as well as the Official Liquidator

would submit that all the creditors have no objection insofar as their respective outstanding is concerned.

3. The learned Official Liquidator would submit that for the initial expenses, the petitioner will have to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) with the Official Liquidator. Thereafter, the Official Liquidator would make an advertisement calling for further claims, if any.

4. It is needless to state that if any new claim comes, the Official Liquidator shall take up the same and file a final report after completing the formalities.

5. With the above direction, the company petition seeking winding up stands ordered.
