(Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL,J.) Today, the Detenu/Petitioner's son, viz., Mohan, aged about 20 years, is produced before this Court, by the Second Respondent/Inspector of Police, S10, Pallikaranai Police Station, Chennai.

2.Since the Detenu is a major, aged about 20 years, and he expressed his willingness and desire to go along with his ffather, viz., S.Boopathi/the Petitioner herein, this Court permits the Detenu, viz., Mohan, to go along with his father, viz., the Petitioner herein.

3.In view of the above facts and circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, the present Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of.
